That the rooms could use a touch-up or repaint in some areas.

An ideal property, clean, magnificent location in the Centre of Edam. Location so close to the town `` square '' with a sunny terrace, and the canal. Plus, quite close to Kwakelbrug.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the heart of Edam. The location is superb, situated by the canal and surrounded by the oldest medieval buildings in the city. It was a treat to wake up to such a picturesque view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was charming, with oversized antique furniture that added a touch of elegance. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous bathroom, complete with a bath and shower. Furthermore, the breakfast was top-notch, offering a delicious continental spread with freshly brewed coffee.

The hotel is nicely situated in the center of a beautiful old town, surrounded by the oldest medieval buildings. Its location by the canal adds to its charm. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed, with oversized antique furniture and a bath and shower in each room. The breakfast offered is delicious and generous, with a delightful selection of cheeses, meats, pastries, yogurts, fresh fruit.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory. The only minor downside was the lack of bottled water in the room or tea/coffee-making facilities.

Had a decent easter break, the suite was quite affordable and was close to some pretty neat attractions. The breakfast was adequate and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
But the stairs leading to the room were really steep and confining - made me feel quite claustrophobic. The room was on the small side and there was hardly any space to store our luggage.

The dim lighting in the bathroom, but all in all, everything was great.
